Hi there! Before getting started we would like to thank you for visiting our humble space in the cyber world. As you may know, we’re Gigi and Dan aka @youmeandthesaltysea. 

We are a travel couple from Argentina and England that met in New Zealand in 2015 whilst travelling, and yes we have the travel bug, too!

Since then we have been exploring the world, blogging and documenting our journey through pictures as a couple and haven’t looked back since!

 

What is ‘You, Me and the Salty Sea’ all about? We created this site to share our travel experiences, photos and give people the opportunity to get travel tips and ideas on how to do the same thing.

Dan is a designer and Maggie the photographer behind the lens, so between this and our passion for travel, sharing our adventures was a natural thing for us to do. The name came up as Dan loves surfing and I need the ocean to survive, so it seemed to fit well for our travel blog.

 

We are looking to help other travellers, companies, and also carry on living the dream we have been - traveling, loving life and seeing this amazing world that we live in!
