ES SAADI MARRAKECH, luxury while in Morocco

Not far from the old vibrant Medina, and in the heart of the peaceful Hivernage, in an 8-hectare lush green park, lies the stunning Es Saadi Marrakech Palace.

Facing the breathtaking Atlas Mountains, the Palace has the largest outdoor swimming pool of Hivernage and a 3,000 m² Spa that hosts one of two Dior Institutes in the world.

The luxurious palace covers 92 suites, 10 unique villas and 8 ksars and also includes 3 restaurants offering Moroccan, Venetian and slow food cuisine, as well as 2 bars.

As a guest you will also have privileged access to the Casino with the famous restaurant Epicurien, the Theatro nightclub and every facility of Es Saadi Marrakech Resort.

So if you want to enjoy a touch of luxury during you visit to Marrakech, just like The Rolling Stones, Leonardo Di Caprio and Balmain have done in the past, Es Saadi Marrakrch is the place to stay.

UPON ARRIVAL

After a short fun ride on a golf buggy to reception, we were welcomed with hot towels, some traditional mint tea and delicious biscuits. And to top this up, live traditional Moroccan music was being played in the background.

Our first impression: we have arrived in heaven!

THE ROOMS

We stayed in one of the junior suites at The Palace, but you can also opt for the executive, superior corner and deluxe suits.

All recently renovated, the rooms at the hotel come with a private balcony and modern comforts including an ensuite bathroom, safety deposit box, air conditioning, satellite TV, minibar and a great living space.

But if you are up for a real treat, other accommodations offered by Es Saadi include the Palace villas and ksars. Each has its own unique Oriental-inspired architecture, along with heated outdoor pools and their own individual hint of luxury. Our personal favourites: The Persian and The Sultan villas.

THE SPA

The highlight of the palace is the incredible spa built around a 100-year-old eucalyptus tree, it features a spectacular indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy area, fitness studio and a hair and beauty salon.

We had the pleasure to have this little piece of heaven on earth for a few hours to ourselves, and left the spa relaxed, with big smiles on our faces and an SD card full of memories.

OUR EXPERIENCE

From the moment we woke up with the incredible breakfast by the pool to the magical sunsets overlooking the mountains, our overall experience was superb! We were truly blown away by the attention to detail and the level of service at the resort. What made it even more special was the artistic flare the hotel had throughout with clever touches in the decor and the quirky art gallery on the second floor.

We spent two unforgettable days in this beautiful palace, just like in the movies.

When we were chauffeured to the airport in their Land Rover we both left with one feeling only: Es Saadi, we will see you AGAIN!
